The following brands are listed among the approved jellos for passover: E&S, Kojel, Glick's, Carmel Kosher and Osem. Make sure they have the kosher for passover stamp on them so you don't purchase older ones without the approval. Note the popular brand Kraft's Jell-o is not included on the list and I'm not so sure if it's ever kosher to begin with but you can always check the label on the box at the store.

IF the package is marked Kosher for passover, then, yes.
Otherwise, there are chametz ingredients.
And Jello DOES make kosher for Passover.
(maybe not the BRAND, but the product of gelatin)

Both Zucca and Icecream are correct. Jello brand gelatin is made with gelatin from unclean animals and is not kosher at all. Probably the issue with the other brands that are normally kosher would be whether or not they contain corn sweeteners.

Jell-O brand gelatin is not kosher. Most gelatin used in foods probably contains some pork products. You need to check the symbols on the boxes to make sure it is kosher gelatin.
