I know that on the first day the family will have a Seder dinner, but what else do people do to celebrate on the other days of Passover?

Basically, a seder can be celebrated at any time, but should be done on the first, and possibly second night, or, alternately, on the last or second-last nights of the week.

Other than spending at least one whole night discussing the meanings of the symbols and stories in the Haggadah, we don't eat any Chametz (long story - stuff with yeast, flour, or that expands when cooked) for the whole 8 days.

That's about it.

Many communities have a community seder at some point during the holiday, too.
