Ok so obviously kosher l'pesach wine is fine but what about other alcoholic beverages? I don't keep passover too strictly - I mean, I'm not sure if our wine, for example will be kosher because I don't live with my dad and although you're supposed to (unless there is a problem such as health), my mom might not drink very much (maybe 1 glass or so) wine due to health issues. During pesach there is a HUGE party (well a concert but it's a house/electro concert so it's basically a party) and I was wondering if there is any alcoholic beverage I can drink without really breaking pesach. I'm not very educated/smart when it comes to the actual process of making alcohol such as vodka (although I'm pretty sure that contains some sort of chumetz) :D so I was hoping someone on here could help me out...
Anything would be appreciated!

Wine of course is safest but you should avoid grain alochols like Vodka as you say, beer and whiskey are also from grains. I think Rum is made from sugar cane so in theory should be okay, not sure about tequila. I think liquers should be safe. But wine, or teetotaling is safest.

No alcohol at the regular group rituals I attend - something seasonal/Sabbat appropriate, like apple cider for Samhain, milk for Imbolc, citrus juice for summer solstice, etc. Some of us after ritual may head over to the Irish pub down the road and have a pint or two and socialize for a bit before heading home. If I were to include alcohol in my rituals at all, it would likely be a mead, or wine., but I tend to stick with a seasonal juice.

Beer--certainly is forbidden on Passover, as are whiskey, vodka, etc. On the other hand, wine is used for rituals, and most Jewish holidays are related to the Sabbath commemoration. As to non-grain spirits, it's a matter of processing as well as the content, that is, how and for what purpose it was prepared.

Avoid grain-based alcohols like beer and whiskey. That leaves you with wines and liquers. For seder you should be using wine or grape juice or both. There are good kosher wines out there like Baron Herzog, and Golan and Yarden from Israel. There may be kosher for Passover booze for sale at www.judaica-auctions.com.

Only grape derived alcoholic beverages and other non-grain derived alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Practically speaking however, unless you've got "potato" derived vodka, nearly every kind of commercially available alcoholic beverage is prohibited.

Rice derived "Sake" is prohibited, "Whiskey", "Beer", "Bourbon" and I believe even "Rum" is prohibited.

Most alcohal's are fermented. You may want to keep to Kosher wines or grape juice for the week.

Manischewitz makes a nice cheap ($5 a bottle) KOSHER Passover wine.

Otherwise, just accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and drink anything you want.
