I know that as long as it is unopened and marked regular kosher, dairy products and sugar DO NOT have to be specially marked kosher for passover, is the same true for sweetened condensed milk? I have several brands at my store that are marked kosher and have milk and sugar only as their ingredients. Is there such a thing as kosher for passover sweetened condensded milk??

AS long as there is no corn syrup used the sweetened condensed milk with regular kosher certification may be used during Passover. There are some sweetened condensed milk that is marked kosher for Passover, just as there is certified kosher for Passover catsup, meaning there has been no corn syrup, or barley malt sweetener added.

Yes, because there is no certainty of the cows or goats not having eaten grains during the milking period. That is why for dairy the label marked for passover should be adhered to. Paranoid jews will go one step further by only using chalav israel.
