If you are Sephardim then you can eat torilla with rice flour and corn. If its wheat then no. I am Sephardim/Mizrahi so i can eat it. If you are Ashkenzim you cant eat it at all.

you should use a tortilla as any variety of bread, flat bread or on an same time as a pancake or a crepe. you should use some thing fantastically spiced or sweet. i like clean veg with cheese rolled or between the finest deserts, melt chocolate and take a zester to an orange or a lemon. Roll and eat. Or clean fruit with somewhat whipped cream or ice cream. back, roll and eat. purely about some thing that you'll eat will flow properly in a tortilla.

No, with a proviso.

I know that you can get special wheat flour and make your

own, but what you will find out in public will not likely be that

way.

That said, if you are not religious, why does it matter?

I personally do my best and I do this mostly by avoiding all

bread stuff and eating a heck of a lot of salads. I do allow myself rice, but that happens to be my personal choice.

No, it is chameitz. In general, Kosher for Passover products will have a symbol next to the certification on the package. See www.aish.com for further Passover questions.
