Before the festical begins, the women light candles. If the festival starts at the end of The Sabbath, the candles are to be lit from a pre existing flame which should have been burning througout Sabbath (24 hour light).

Depends what you mean. Yes, there is a candle lighting ceremony like before shabbos right before Passover begins. The blessing is "ner shel yom tov," rather than, "ner shel shabbos."
Also, unlike on Shabbos, you can light candles on the Passover holiday, but you have to light them from already existing flames. YOu can't do it with a match.

Yes you do.
This year we light candles on april 2nd at 7:09pm.On april 3rd we light at 8:07pm.On the 6th of april at i think 7:12pm.On april 8th at 7:14pm.And And april 9th at 8:12pm.
