Are Jews supposed to put on Tefillin on holidays, like Pesach (Passover)?

no one wears them on the yom tov (holiday) days -- the first 2 and last 2 days. some wear them during certain parts of morning prayers ont he intermediate days, and some who wear them make no blessings.

I'm sephardic (a Jew from Spain) and it is our tradition not to wear tefilllin the first two and the last two days of passover. However in general people wear tefillin all 8 days (except for saturday).

Well you could of on the sedr nights and days but on intermidiate days (april 3rd-april10th.) you cant wear tefilin.
